Cabinet Designer Sales Associate

Purpose

The purpose of the Sales & Design Associate is to prospect, qualify, develop, and close cabinet sales.

This process is done best by:

  • Providing our clients accurate information about the company and the products we offer.
  • Setting realistic expectations about our capabilities and limitations.
  • Completing timely, well intentioned, Client facing designs that addresses needs and wants.
  • More than fair pricing to capture business the first time that keeps them coming back for more.
  • Follow up that is Second to None.
  • Relationship cultivation that is built on strong family values, intentional business ethics and personal accountability.

This position will report directly to the Sales Manager, at the companys Dallas Texas Stile & Rail Showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain a consistent prospecting campaign to keep your pipeline robust and delivering sales.
  • Time sensitive follow up with in-person visits, emails, texts and phone call, on cold and warm leads.
  • Solid understanding of the cabinetry and its capabilities and limitations.
  • Visit customer job sites and attend off-site meetings to attain measurements and other information necessary for the design.
  • Manage and grow sales within a book of assigned accounts.
  • Update, maintain, and increase customer database through the companys CRM system.
  • With the direction of the Sales Manager, plan, host, and attend NKBA, ASID, CBUSA and other industry related events.
  • With the direction of the Sales Manager, help welcome and train new sales and design staff.
  • Collaborate with outside Bellmont sales representatives, dealers, and industry partners.

Attributes / Qualifications

  • A positive teamwork attitude focused on service, integrity, and growth. Required.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience. Required.
  • Multiple years of successful cabinetry sales and design experience. Required.
  • Must possess proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals. Required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and 20/20 Design. Required
  • Bring a book of business, or, have substantial industry connections to get a fast start. Preferred.
  • Familiarity working with Custom home builders, Design firms, Higher end multifamily. Required.
  • Well versed in the use of Technology. Computer, Systems, etc. Required
  • Cradle to Grave model selling experience. Preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required
