Rooster GC is a Plano-based design-build firm specializing in high-integrity remodeling. We are seeking a process-driven Construction Manager to lead our expanding project list.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage a portfolio of projects ($100k–$400k), ensuring 100% adherence to design specs and local codes

• Quality Control: Conduct rigorous site inspections with a "zero-defect" mindset; manage trades to ensure "Rooster-quality" finishes.

• Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the grounded, professional face of the company for homeowners and commercial tenants.

• Schedule & Budget Stewardship: Maintain meticulous project timelines and material oversight to ensure profitability and client trust.

Requirements

• 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in DFW residential remodeling or commercial TI.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of CFMF, wood framing, and MEP systems.

• Temperament: A default state of politeness and extreme attention to detail.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in project management software (Buildertrend/Procore).
