Texas Pro Chem Soil Stabilization has been protecting foundations and serving the DFW construction industry since 1992. Our soil stabilization process changes the molecular structure of soil to prevent the expansion and contraction that destroys foundations in Texas heat and drought — and we're trusted by tract builders, custom home builders, commercial contractors, and pool builders across the state to get it right every time.

We're 25 people. We do what we say. We've been doing it longer than most of our competitors have been in business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a player-coach role. You'll lead a small sales team and build the systems that scale it — but you'll also be out front, personally working your network to bring new accounts through the door. Both sides of this role matter, and both will be measured.

In your first 90 days, we expect you to:

• Convert at least 5 builder relationships into active Pro Chem accounts
• Assess your team, build a coaching plan, and establish a real sales cadence
• Document the sales process so it doesn't live only in people's heads

By the end of Year 1, we expect:

• $500K–$700K in new revenue from your personally originated accounts
• Total company growth of 20%+ over the prior year
• A team that is hitting its numbers and knows exactly what it's working toward

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

The commission is permanent. Accounts you bring in are yours — they pay 3.5% for the life of that relationship. A strong Year 1 book can be worth $30K–$40K+ in passive commission income by Year 3. The new account bonus is structured to reward both the open and the habit: $200 when the first job is completed, and $800 more when that account reaches its fourth job within 12 months — the point at which repeat business becomes routine.
